We’re pleased to announce important improvements coming this August that will enhance how we serve international medical graduates, international medical schools, medical regulatory authorities, and other customers and partners.<\/p>\n

MyIntealth\u2122 Platform Launch <\/strong><\/p>\n

This includes launching MyIntealth, our single, integrated platform designed to better serve international medical graduates (IMGs), partner institutions, and other key customers. MyIntealth will be an interactive, one-stop online system for both applicant and entity users, providing a unified experience across all Intealth services.<\/p>\n

We plan to take our current systems offline on August 14, 2025, and begin migrating legacy data to the new MyIntealth platform. The new system will launch within 4\u20136 days, depending on the progress of data migration. We will confirm the offline date during the week of August 11, recognizing that our partners and applicants need advance notice to prepare.<\/p>\n

The August timing has been carefully chosen with our customers and partners in mind, representing an optimal window for our organization. It falls after the critical July 1 U.S. residency program start date, allowing new residents time to settle before our system transition. It also positions us well ahead of the next Main Residency Match\u00ae<\/sup> cycle that intensifies in September and occurs during a period of lower transaction volumes, facilitating a smoother transition.<\/p>\n

Fee Structure Realignment<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the transition to MyIntealth, we are realigning our fee structure to create greater transparency for applicants and better align each fee with the specific service being provided at the time it is delivered. For details, see the Information for Existing Applicants page and Frequently Asked Questions in the Transition to MyIntealth<\/a> section of the ECFMG website.<\/p>\n

Our Commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our guiding principle throughout this journey has been to do this right, not fast. This approach ensures we deliver a platform that truly serves the needs of those who rely on us while protecting the integrity of our programs.<\/p>\n

Over the past year, we invested significant time in testing and refining the MyIntealth platform, incorporating valuable feedback from our community, building on lessons learned, and strengthening our implementation approach.<\/p>\n

While we’re working toward a smooth transition, we recognize there may be initial adjustments as users adapt to the new platform. We’re planning accordingly and are committed to working quickly to resolve any issues in the early days after launch.<\/p>\n

These initiatives \u2013 both the new MyIntealth platform and the fee structure realignment \u2013 reflect our commitment to transparency and service excellence.<\/p>\n
