Call for Nominations to Intealth Board of Trustees

Intealth is now accepting nominations for two positions on its Board of Trustees. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the organization and advance Intealth’s missions. Trustees serve as volunteers for an initial four-year term, with the possibility of re-election to a second term. Board members contribute meaningfully to Intealth’s long-term strategy and global impact.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Experience in leadership and/or prior board service
  • A strong capacity for strategic organizational decision making
  • A demonstrated commitment to professional and personal ethics

Nomination Options:

  • To self-nominate: Complete the Intealth Trustee Nomination Form and upload a current CV or resume where indicated.
  • To nominate someone else: Send a letter of support and contact information for the proposed nominee to Tracy Wallowicz at [email protected].

All nomination materials must be submitted by Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Trustee Selection Process

  • The Governance Committee of the Intealth Board of Trustees will review all nominations in August 2025.
  • Final recommendations will be made to the full Board in September 2025.
  • Selected trustees will attend a virtual orientation in November 2025, followed by an in-person orientation at the January 2026 Board meeting.

Trustee Responsibilities

Trustees are expected to:

  • Accept fiduciary responsibility for Intealth
  • Abide by the organization’s bylaws and Board policies
  • Disclose all conflicts of interest
  • Actively participate in:
    • Three in-person Board meetings per year
    • Regular virtual committee meetings
    • Other assignments, such as appeal hearings and special projects

Trustees must have the time, interest, and commitment necessary to fulfill these responsibilities.
