We are pleased to announce that Intealth has reached a new milestone in its transformation efforts, which are aimed at enhancing the services it provides to the health professions around the world. Announced in 2021 as a new, overarching identity for ECFMG and FAIMER, Intealth now is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation. ECFMG and FAIMER, which had been 501(c)3 corporations operating under the Intealth umbrella, now are divisions within the new Intealth corporate structure. Operating as divisions of Intealth, ECFMG and FAIMER will continue to pursue their complementary missions and to offer their respective portfolios of services.
Our Executive Leadership Team has been aligned to support Intealth’s new structure. We have created the role of Executive Director for each of our divisions, ECFMG and FAIMER. To ensure support for Intealth’s continued development, we also have established the roles of Chief Integration Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. Intealth’s Board of Trustees consists of the members of the former ECFMG and FAIMER Boards, ensuring both integrated governance and continuity in strategic guidance as Intealth pursues growth and diversification.
While you will see more of the Intealth name as we update our websites and other channels, there will be no changes to ECFMG and FAIMER programs and services, and you can continue to rely on the same leaders, management, and staff.
